Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the free trial?
14 days. No credit card is required for the trial.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are annual and exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added to the invoice. The checkout shows the total including VAT.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
If you cancel your first subscription within 14 days of the first payment, the full plan fee you paid is refunded automatically; this right can be used once per organisation and does not apply to renewals. No refund is given for the remaining term after that. When you upgrade, the unused part of your current plan is not refunded in cash; it is deducted from the fee for the first billing period of the new plan, and any excess from the following billing periods. Downgrades take effect from the next subscription period.
How is payment taken, are there extra fees?
Payments are taken by credit card only through iyzico; debit and prepaid cards are not accepted. Bank transfer is available only on the Chain plan with at least 10 branches. Payment processing and recurring billing fees are included in the plan price; there is no extra transaction fee.
Who can see my patient data?
Only the users you authorise, as far as their roles allow. Your centre is the data controller for patient data; we process it only on your behalf.
